    Some parts impressed, others didn't

    Rooms are clean and staff was kind always. The river view from my room was amazing and made each morning good.

    Noise insulation was poor I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. The location felt isolated despite the shuttle service.

    Appreciated central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room. Location: the hotel was next to a hill as well as the restaurant. Every staff member was professional and very friendly.

    It had not very good views.

    The location is quite far from the city center. The cleanliness of the facilities was notable, and the quality of the amenities added to the overall experience. I did enjoy the nearby convenience store, though.

    Snow and trees

    There are two hotels in one names there. One is very old and in this site you never shows this old hotel, So I am very angry for this subjcet and the rooms they gave me in old hotel was just a 3 stars room. Very old and bad really

    wifi was sometimes slow,, but the staff was lovely and very polite! 👌 the clean rooms had great amenities like an hmdi port, and there’s a nice convenience store downstairs for snacks! 🛒

    bellboy are all quite good.i like the design of rooms, not too small but enough for 2people.

    but reception need improve, i been ask whether use any mini bar stuff, and i said no. He just not believe me at all, and wait there for more than 10mins to check on the mini bar...

    1. Could not believe there was no breakfast included. Should offer light continental or massive discount for guests at buffet (cost was 36,000won!). 2. Could not believe guests had to pay to use indoor pool (16,000won!)!

    Wonderful stay with great lounge experience

    The lounge experience on the 16th floor was a highlight, especially the happy hour with an very nice selection of savory dishes and friendly chefs who provided excellent pairing suggestions. It was a perfect blend of scrumptious food and great service. Some aspects could be improved, like the need for clearer communication regarding room amenities.
